At the height of an existence swinging between ethics and aesthetics, Yukio Mishima chooses a personal dramatic ending and leaves a message: “human life is short, but I wish to live forever”. A perfect synthesis of form and essence, rational and significant as a Japanese ideogram, MISHIMA's shape aspires to immortality.

MISHIMA is a system of modular wooden containers. Its basic elements (tall container/short container available in two dimensions, decorative top) can be juxtaposed and stacked in a wide range of configurations. It comes with a matt or lacquered finish, in colours to be chosen within the collection palette.
